I went to the doctor in november and discovered I had a small cavity starting to bud. They rescheduled me to come back right before christmas. Within that month I read that you can supposedly cure your own cavity! Only before it passes the dentin layer of the tooth. So I thought I'd give it a go.. Ive started cod liver oil three times daily and probiotics (which I've already been doing) along with oil pulling.. but ill get to that in a bit. I brush my teeth after everything i eat. Also a lot of fatty foods like butter, milk, eggs, and meat aid in the process of healing a cavity.. but being vegan i don't have that advantage.. I hope this works anyway.

OIL PULLING- To oil pull I have my cold pressed organic coconut oil. I take about a teaspoon of it while its hard and put it in my mouth. It has no taste and is basically like water. I'll leave it in my mouth for about 20 mins. I know that seems like a long time but swishing it while im doing the dishes or folding laundry keeps my mind off of it and it passes pretty fast. This process is sooo good for you because you hold the most toxins in your mouth and because coconut oil is an anti-fungal and an antioxidant. Here are many other reasons to oil pull:

Other possible benefits of oil pulling for overall health include:
 • Migraine headache relief
• Correcting hormone imbalances
• Reducing inflammation of arthritis
• May help with gastro-enteritis
• Aids in the reduction of eczema
• May reduce symptoms of bronchitis
• Helps support normal kidney function
• May help reduce sinus congestion
• Some people report improved vision
• Helps reduce insomnia
• Reduced hangover after alcohol consumption
• Aids in reducing pain
• Reduces the symptoms of allergies
• Helps detoxify the body of harmful metals and organisms

I'll keep you posted on the progress!!
